Application for Admission

Thank you for your interest in Chatmore! The application form will not save progress. Please have the following ready before you begin! 

 

To complete this form you will need: 

• A photo of your child

• Confirmation number and/or screen shot of submitted $100 application fee

  • The non-refundable application fee can be made to:

• Child 'Essay' Submission

  • Children 5 and under can draw a picture of their family and describe it in their own handwriting or have their description transcribed by a parent

  • Children 6 and above should write a short passage about themselves and something that excites them (something they have done recently, an upcoming trip, etc.)

• Past report cards and/or character references from teacher(s)

• Any past diagnostic reports or assessment information
